CVL:LDN is brought to you by industry trained professionals with extensive experience and knowledge gained in real working environments, transferred to the recruitment industry.

 

Founded in 2011, our team have first-hand industry experience having worked directly in roles on Mains Renewals, Pipelines, Streetwork Management, Flood Alleviation schemes and Telecoms Civils projects. This helps us to make informed and credible decisions on the calibre and suitability of staff along with a vast network of connections.

 

Knowing the industry like we do, we work on building long term relationships with clients. In fact several of the team currently still work with their old bosses from site! We don’t work like usual agencies by setting staff unnecessary targets on the amount of calls they make or CVs they send and never have. We work on targeted positions, providing regular communication with hiring managers helping to provide a smooth flexible process.
